Coconut Paneer Curry (Mothers Day special lunch)

A great recipe to share with mum on Mothers Day.

Serves 3-4


1 pot of Really Indian Fresh Cook in sauce

1 tin of coconut milk (400ml)

250g of Paneer (diced into bite size chunks)

240g of cabbage medley (1 bag) these are available pre prepared from supermarkets


1. Add sauce to the pan and bring to the boil.

2. Add the paneer and the coconut milk and allow to simmer for 10 minutes.

3. Stir in the cabbage medley.  Garnish with chopped coriander (optional)

Serve with naan or rice.
