When Really Indian founder Gursharon heard Indian cuisine described as unhealthy in the media, she was disappointed. The cuisine she’d grown up eating used only fresh, natural ingredients and spices which provided health benefits that had been enjoyed by her ancestors for centuries.
Having experimented with jarred sauces she was amazed at how different they were from home cooking. They were far unhealthier, used additives and also lacked texture and taste.
With a passion for authentic Indian cooking and a desire to share her food heritage, Gursharon decided to launch her own range of Indian cook-in sauces with a fresh and healthy twist.
