Mumbai Machli

This super healthy curry takes 10 minutes from fridge to dish. Meaty salmon fillets combined with the flavours of the Mumbai sauce, create a rich aromatic curry that is delicious and a favourite amongst seafood lovers.

Prep and Cook time 10 minutes



  1. Add the pot of sauce to a wok or large frying pan
  2. Add the fish
  3. Bring to the boil on a high heat
  4. Reduce the heat, cover and simmer for 10 minutes
  5. Garnish with fresh chopped coriander (optional)
  6. Serve with rice
